ELMHURST – A Facebook feud turned ugly between two Long Island cousins who were both romantically interested in the same man. Giselle Penagos, 21, was treated at Elmhurst hospital in Queens with a broken leg and shattered pelvis after her cousin, Melanie Spanopoulos, 20, ran her over with her car on Jan. 23 after finding out they both sent Facebook friend requests to the same man.
