After a last minute call for T-shirt designs, the Brooklyn Nets announced that two fans will see their submissions handed out at a sold-out playoff game next week.
The Nets gave fans eight hours to come up with designs on Tuesday. By Wednesday, the team revealed it had received some 150 submissions before whittling it down to two top contenders.
On May 10, Barclay's Center will pass out free shirts designed by Raya Lim of Passaic, New Jersey. Those at game three can expect to get either a black or white version of Lim's Brooklyn “B” tee.
On May 12's Game 4, visitors can expect black and white versions of Manhattanite Gregory Kissler's skyline design.
"We wanted to give our fans the opportunity to have a special role in the playoff experience in Brooklyn," said Brett Yormark, CEO of the Brooklyn Nets and Barclays Center in a statement.
"In addition to donning the black and white tees," Yormak added, "we are asking everyone to bring their passion and Brooklyn chant to Games 3 and 4."
