The FBI and Philadelphia police are seeking the public's help identifying a man who robbed a Wells Fargo Bank branch in Society Hill on Jan. 3.
The robbery happened at the Wells Fargo branch at 340-350 S. Second St. The suspect produced a demand note while threatening that he had a bomb, according to authorities, then fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash.
The suspect is described as a thin, white male in his mid- to late 30s and 5 feet 7 inches or 5 feet 8 inches tall. He had a beard with mustache and was wearing a dark-colored, hooded jacket and burgundy hat.
