Fern Rock nightclub shooting leaves two dead

Two men were killed and two others were injured during a quadruple shooting Saturday at a Fern Rock nightclub, police said.

Two men were killed and two others were injured during a quadruple shooting Saturday inside and outside an old Fern Rock daycare center that has been converted into a nightclub.

 

 

The shooting occurred just after midnight on the 5600 block of North Park Avenue near West Chew Avenue, police said. AccordingtoCBS3, the building houses an unlicensed after-hours bar. According to NBC10, the gunfight erupted between motorcycle gang members.

 

Three of the men were taken to Albert Einstein Medical Center where a26-year-old man, who was shot once in the back, was pronounced dead at 12:20 a.m.A 39-year-old man, who was shot three times in the chest, was pronounced dead at 1:06 a.m.

The other two men — 39 and 41 — are in stable condition at Einstein and Temple University Hospital. One was shot twice in the left arm, while the other was shot once in the left thigh.

No arrests have been made.
