A Milton firefighter remained in critical condition yesterday as authorities continued searching for the suspect who shot him in a road rage incident in Quincy over the weekend.
Joseph Fasano, 30, was off-duty and driving with his girlfriend late Saturday night when the car ahead of him repeatedly accelerating and slamming on the brakes, according to reports. That eventually led to both Fasano and the other driver getting out of their cars to exchange words on Commander Shea Boulevard, and the suspect shot Fasano in the stomach, got back in his car and fled the scene.
Authorities are reportedly searching for a white man who was driving a silver sports car.
