A 24-year-old football coach has been charged with sexually assaulting two young brothers who ended up moving into his home last month, according to the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office.
Leon Watson, of North Philadelphia, has been hit with a slew of charges including rape, involuntary deviant sexual intercourse, corruption of minors, indecent assault and more.
Watson allegedly developed a relationship with the boys, ages 8 and 9, who then eventually moved into his Diamond Street home last month. Watson was arrested on Sunday after an anonymous tip was called in.
Watson was a part-time coach for the Rhawnhurt Raiders football team this year. Officials said he formed his own team, the "Little Vicks," comprised of young neighborhood boys.
Watson is presently being held on $500,000 bail with a preliminary hearing scheduled for Nov. 25.
The DA's office think there may be more victims and is encouraging parents or children to come forward.
If anyone has any information on Watson, call911 or the Special Victim’s Unit at 215-685- 3251.
