GREENWICH VILLAGE – Emmy-winning WPIX reporter Arthur Chi’en was reporting on the Greenwich Village Halloween Parade late Sunday night when a rogue clown dragged him from his float, causing the two to fall and Chi’en to land face-first. He suffered six fractures and will have to undergo extensive reconstructive surgery. The clown escaped and has yet to be found.
