Troy Wragg points out that the SEC doesn’t allege that any of those named in the civil complaint lived lavishly off of investors’ money, ala Bernie Madoff.

 

“I live in a 1,200-square-foot [home],” he said. “I don’t drive a Lamborghini.”

 

Wragg drives a Mercedes SLK350 with a “MANTRIA” vanity license plate. “It’s 2 years old,” he says of the roadster, which lists for about $43,000.
