New York commuters can thank the bitter cold for some relief from G train headaches.
Monday and Tuesday night work on the G train was postponed, so the much-disparaged line will operate normally at the beginning of the week, the Metropolitan Transportation Authority announced.
G train service will be suspended from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. on Wednesday and Thursday between Bedford-Nostrand Avenues and Church Avenue.
Free shuttle buses and F trains provide transportation alternatives from Jay St-MetroTech. Visit mta.info.
