VIDEO: Gunpoint robbery of Cobbs Creek pizza shop caught on tape

The video shows the gunman enter the store, pull out a handgun and drag a store employee by his shirt to the safe.

Philadelphia police have released surveillance video footage of an armed robbery at the Little Caesars pizza shop at 5207 Walnut St. in Cobbs Creek.

The robbery happened about 9:50 p.m. Oct. 16. The video shows the gunman entering the store, pulling out a handgun and dragging a store employee by his shirt to the safe.

Police have described the suspect as a black male, 25 to 30 years old and 5 feet 8 inches to 6 feet tall. He was wearing a gray and black hooded jacket and blue jeans.

The victim pointed the gun at the employee while making him open the safe. He fled the store in an unknown direction after stealing cash from the business.
