Head of ACLU arrested for drunk driving

The head of the ACLU was arrested for drunk driving in East Hampton earlier this summer, it was revealed yesterday.

Anthony Romero was pulled over on Pantigo Road when his Mini Cooper was only going 10 miles per hour on the 30 mile-per-hour road and reportedly careening into oncoming traffic. He refused a breathalyzer test.

Romero said, “I very much regret that this incident occurred, and look forward to resolving the matter with the authorities.”
