Police in Bucks County are searching for a driver who struck a female pedestrian early Monday on Bristol Pike and fled the scene.
The hit-and-run accident happened about 3:30 a.m. on Bristol Pike near Sixth Avenue, NBC10 reports. The 41-year-old victim had just left a grocery store and was crossing the street when she was struck by an SUV, possibly a Mercury.
The victim is in critical condition at Aria Health-Torresdale. She sustained head injures in the crash.
