Is this the attempted robber?

MERRICK – Nassau County police have released a photo of who they believe to be the man who tried to rob a bank in Merrick on Wednesday.

According to police, the man entered a branch of Citibank on Merrick Road at 2:20 p.m. and passed a bank teller a note demanding money. He was denied, and fled the scene without any cash.

The man was described as being in his 30s, 6-feet-tall, with a medium build, a mustache and a slight beard, wearing a dark- colored puffy jacket and jeans.
