Jared Remy, the son of Red Sox broadcaster Jerry Remy, will be back court this week after being indicted for allegedly murdering his girlfriend.
Remy, 35, of Woburn, will be arraigned Tuesday in Middlesex Superior Court. He was indicted last month by a grand jury, according to the Middlesex district attorney's office.

Authorities said that Remy repeatedly stabbed his 27-year-old girlfriend, Jennifer Martel, during an argument at an apartment in Waltham in August.
He pleaded not guilty during his district court arraignment shortly after his arrest.
Remy faces multiple charges from the indictment includingmurder, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and violating a restraining order.
