Jay-Z's 'Made in America' concert nets one arrest

The vast majority of fans behaved, but at least one person couldn't help themselves.

Despite multiple reports touting the success of this weekend's Jay-Z-headlined "Made in America" concert on the Parkway and the public safety triumph of corralling an estimated 40,000 people into a makeshift, ticketed arena for about 10 hours each day with nary a stabbing, Metro has been informed that one arrest was, in fact, made.

Police said that one person was taken into custody for allegedly stealing a beer from a concession stand yesterday. No word on the charges.

The coldblooded theft will certainly overshadow memories of the star-studded lineups and surprise performances, including Kanye West and a Sigel-less State Property reunion (why, Beanie, why?) Hopefully, the horrific crime won't jeopardize any of the rumored plans for a similar event next year.
