A college student was killed by an oncoming L train after a drunken man pushed him onto the tracks Friday, police said.
According to cops, Joshua Basin, 20, died Friday night around 10 p.m.
Basin was reportedly riding the L train when a drunk man started berating several riders in the car and then started arguing with him. As the train pulled into the Bedford Avenue station, the dispute continued on the platform, and the man attacked Basin. Both fell onto the tracks, cops said.
The attacker climbed back on the platform and ran away, but Basin was left on the tracks and crushed to death by a train. He was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead, officials said.
Cops are looking for his attacker, seen above in the police sketch, and described as between 30 and 35 years old.
