NORTH PHILADELPHIA – A man in his late 30s or 40s jumped in front of an Amtrak train, reportedly to commit suicide, which caused delays along the Northeast Corridor line through the region Thursday afternoon.
The unidentified man’s death occurred shortly after noon in the area east of North 17th Street and West Sedgley Avenue.
