Who needs White Plains? New York Knicks star Jeremy Lin is now renting a two-bedroom furnished condo at the W Hotel, at 123 Washington Street in the Financial District.
Lin’s new 1,182-square-foot condo is at the Sunshine Select Residences, where rents go from $3,600 to $8,900 a month. In addition to a gym, the hotel also has a digital lounge, a movie screening room and a rooftop terrace.
The suite comes fully furnished, outfitted with $30,000 to $35,000 worth of furniture.
The new digs are in addition to Lin’s more permanent residence at the Trump Tower in White Plains. Lin will stay at the downtown hotel when he’s in town for games. His home in Westchester is just a short drive from where the Knicks practice in Greenburgh, N.Y.
But according to the New York Post, Lin apparently plans to spend most of his time at the hotel.
