Legal briefs go AWOL

BROOKLYN – Boxers worn by Michael Mineo, who said cops sodomized him with a baton, are missing from Brooklyn Federal Court, court officials said Thursday. A civil jury cleared three cops in the case, but another is being sued for excessive force. The blood-stained underwear is considered key evidence by both sides.
