PHILDAELPHIA. The jury of seven men and five women began deliberating yesterday afternoon in the capital murder trial of Levon Warner and Eric Floyd, who are charged in the killing of Sgt. Stephen Liczbinski in May 2008.

Deliberations began after lunch at about 3 p.m. and did not end before the jury was dismissed for the evening last night.

They begin again this morning to decide whether Warner and Floyd, are guilty.

If they are found guilty of first-degree murder, they could face the death penalty.
