A 61-year-old lifeguard claims he lost his job because he refused to wear a Speedo to his annual swim test.
He’s suing the state Office of Parks and Recreation for age discrimination.
"I wore a Speedo when I was in my 20s," Roy Lester said to the Daily
News. "But come on. There should be a law prohibiting anyone over the
age of 50 from wearing a Speedo."
