Lindsay Lohan says man attacked her at W Hotel Union Square

Lindsay Lohan made headlines anew Sunday after saying she was attacked by a man at the posh W Hotel Union Square.

According to various reports, Lohan, 26, and the man, Christian LeBella, 25, met at the swanky 10ak nightclub on Saturday night.

The duo proceeded to her 15th floor hotel room, where he reportedly took photos of her on his cell phone — without her consent.

Lohan grabbed LaBella’s cell phone and demanded he delete the questionable photos. When she refused to hand the phone back to him, he allegedly threw her down on the bed and scratched her, according to a report in the New York Daily News.

Lohan ran out of the room and down the stairs, but on her way back up she ran into LaBella again. That time, he allegedly choked her from behind and then threw her to the floor, according to the News.

LaBella was arrested and charged with misdemeanor assault at first, police said.

But that charge was dropped, and now both LaBella and Lohan will be hit with minor harassment complaints, the NYPD told Metro.

LaBella is reportedly a Congressional staffer, who works out of the Washington, D.C. office of Illinois Republican Rep. John Shimkus. On his Facebook page, there are photos of LaBella posing with both VP candidate Paul Ryan and Kim and Kris Kardashian.
