An eagle-eyed employee at Lord & Taylor in Garden City caught a 22-year-old Queens man
using counterfeit $100 bills to buy almost $1,000 in merchandise Tuesday. Nassau County police said a store manager grew suspicious while watching Christopher Idore, 22, over the closed-circuit TV. Idore faces criminal possession of a forged instrument charges.
