Philadelphia police have charged a man with involuntary manslaughter for a fatal drunk driving crash on Monday afternoon in North Philly.
Ronald Manson, 64, is charged with involuntary manslaughter and homicide by vehicle while DUI for the incident on the 800 block of W. Girard Avenue.

Manson was allegedly driving a 1995 Chevrolet 1500 eastbound on Girard Avenue around 1:30 p.m. Monday when he veered into the running lane.
The victim, Stuart Moore, 54, of the 1300 block of North 10th Street, was in the running lane helping a coworker back up their truck when he was struck by Manson's vehicle.
Moore was pronounced dead at the scene at 1:50 p.m., police said.
Manson did not leave the scene of the accident, police said.
