A Woodside man was found bleeding to death on a Queens street corner early Sunday morning, police said.

Officers responded to the intersection of 97th Street and Northern Boulevard at around 2:13 a.m. after receiving an emergency call.
Once at the scene, police found a fatally wounded 30-year-old Fabian Carreno suffering from deep slashes to his face and neck and stabs wounds to his upper body at the street corner in Corona.
EMS and paramedics rushed Carreno to Elmhurst Hospital Center, but doctors pronounced him dead on arrival.
Investigators consider the case ongoing, with no arrests made or suspects named as of early Sunday.
