A man was recovering Thursday after receiving an electrical shock in South Philadelphia that caused him to fall two stories.
Police said the victim, whose age and identity have not been released, was standing on a ladder on the 2400 block of South 10th Street near Ritner Street shortly after 11 a.m. when he was shocked.
The man fell from the ladder, reportedly plunging two stories.
There is no word yet on his condition.
