A motorcyclist was traveling eastbound on West Houston on Wednesday afternoon when he got into a fatal crash, police said.
Larry Olavarria, 32, was heading down Houston on his 2008 Honda motorcycle when he collided with a 2003 Chrysler minivan, according to the NYPD.
Police responded to the scene and found Olavarria unconscious and unresponsive on the pavement. EMS was on scene and pronounced him dead on arrival.
The investigation is ongoing.
