A 30-year-old man was shot and killed in a double shooting in North Philadelphia on Wednesday night.
The gunfire erupted shortly after 8 p.m. on the 1700 block of West Cumberland Street, police said. Arriving officers found two men had been shot, including Marquize Roebuck, of the 4800 block of North 10th Street.

Roebuck sustained gunshot wounds to his head and upper back. He was rushed to Temple University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 8:19 p.m., police said.
The second victim, a 19-year-old male, was shot in his thigh. He was taken to Temple University Hospital, and was treated and released.
A motive for the shooting has not been identified, and police did not release any suspect information Thursday morning.
