A man in his 30s was rushed to Temple University Hospital on Sunday night after he was shot seven times in Kensington.
The shooting happened about 9:30 p.m. on the 2900 block of Frankford Avenue, 6ABC Action News reported. The victim was last reported to be in critical but stable condition.
Philadelphia police were searching for a red minivan in connection with the shooting and took two men into custody after spotting the vehicle on Allegheny Avenue. There was no word on charges in connection with the shooting.
A weapon reportedly was recovered near the minivan.
