A man leaning in to look for an incoming train was knocked down and had skin ripped off his face by an approaching 2 train. The accident happened Saturday on the uptown platform at the West 14th Street station. The 57-year-old man was found with his hand twitching and semiconscious by other straphangers and is now in critical condition.
