A Massachusetts man was arrested for driving under the influence after he was pulled over for going speeds of up to 126 mph in New Hampshire.

Alan L. Baillargeon, 51, of Lowell, was cruising on Route 93 in New Hampton, N.H., when police pulled him over for driving at excessive speeds, according to WCVB.
Police administered a breathalyzer test and found that Baillargeon had a blood alcohol level of .16 percent. Upon further examination of the vehicle, officers found two open alcohol containers and marijuana.
Baillargerion was charged with aggravated driving while under the influence of alcohol, transportation of alcohol and transportation of drugs, WCVB reports.
Over the Labor Day weekend, New Hampshire authorities made 31 arrests for drunk driving, as well as almost 5,000 vehicle stops, according to police.
