Mayor Bill de Blasio revealed Digital.NYC on Wednesday, a new online platform aimed at connecting all things tech in New York City.
The public-private partnership hopes to connect the tech industry with job postings, an interactive map, and tips on startups in New York City.

“Technology is driving innovation across New York City’s industries – from fashion to finance to manufacturing, making it more necessary than ever for the City’s digital community to have a central platform,” de Blasio said.
The mayor called Digital.NYC a "ground-breaking resource that will seamlessly connect members of the City’s tech hub to training, jobs, and funding and make our city’s digital economy accessible to all New Yorkers.”
Digital.NYC is a partnership between the mayor's office, the New York City Economic DevelopmentCorporation, IBM and more than12 New York City-based tech and media companies.
