MBCR names new GM

Hugh Kiley Jr. was named GM of the company that runs the MBTA’s commuter rail operations. Donald Saunders was Mass Bay Commuter Rail company’s acting GM after Rich Davey left the post in March to become the T’s GM. Kiley began his career at Boston’s South Station as a brakeman in 1970.
