The MBTA has this rule about "see something, say something" when you are riding on the train, but it doesn't apply when you see a guy hopping up and down on the seats as if he has to use the bathroom.
Instead of saying something, this fellow T rider chose to film it with their cell phone, without the guy knowing.
For at least three minutes, the guy being taped, dubbed "Crazy Legs" by the spectator, hops back and forth from his seat and even ends up standing on his seat on a crowded Red Line train.
The most amazing part? People don't even look at him. It's like he isn't even there.
