The MetroNorth system is fully restored for the first time since superstorm Sandy, as all scheduled trains are operational on the Pascack Valley and Port Jervis lines after incremental restorations since October.
NJTransit restored two trains on the Port Jervis line and five on the Pascack Valley, two weekday inbound and three weekday outbound.
Some Port Jervis lines will continue to make stops in New Jersey to support NJTransit’s continuing post-storm recovery: five in the morning peak hours and two in the evening peak hours.
