The MBTA announced yesterday it will extend its Charlie Card system to the MetroWest Regional Transit Authority. MWRTA customers will be able to use the automated fare collection system in a seamless connection between MetroWest bus service and MBTA services including the Green Line and 11 bus routes serving Ashland, Framingham, Holliston, Hopkinton, Marlborough, Natick, Sherborn, Southborough and Wayland.
