The victim of a vicious Miami attack graduated from Stuyvesant High School, according to news reports today.
Ronald Poppo, 65, whose face was reportedly eaten off by Rudy Eugene in Miami, graduated from the elite New York public school. He was a member of the Latin Club there, and worked in the school guidance office.
Poppo has been homeless for nearly four decades, and it’s unclear what happened to him in the time after graduating from the prestigious school and becoming homeless.
Eugene reportedly attacked Poppo unprovoked, chewing on his face until cops shot him. Poppo somehow survived the attack, but remains in serious condition.
