A judge declared a mistrial in the case of John Katehis, 18, in a murder prosecutors say was a sex-smothering fetish gone wrong.

BROOKLYN – A judge declared a mistrial in the case of John Katehis, 18, in a murder prosecutors say was a sex-smothering fetish gone wrong. Katehis is accused of second-degree murder and stabbing radio reporter George Weber in 2009 after the two met through Craigslist. Jurors couldn’t reach a verdict after three days of deliberation.
