Models will propel down side of building for ‘Vertical Fashion Show’

To celebrate Paul Revere’s ride, models will be propelling down a new hotel in Boston from 24-stories high, clothed in outfits made by local college students.

Revere Hotel Boston is celebrating it’s grand opening with a vertical fashion show down the exterior of its building on Stuart Street Wednesday.

With the help of Boston Rock Gym “models,” participants will be strapped into high-tech rappelling rope and form-fitting body harnesses to strut their stuff face first towards the ground.

Spectators can grab a free pair of binoculars from Revere representatives to witness the spectacle of the high-flying fashion show from the streets. Only 300 pairs will be handed out the day of the event.

The outfits, which will be worn by the models, were created by students from the Massachusetts College of Arts and Design.

The Revere is described as “a premiere independent, luxury hotel and entertainment destination” located in Downtown Boston.
