Now that Oscar Colon, Jr., 31, has turned himself in and is scheduled for a hearing later this week, the Probation Department’s inaugural statewide list of the most wanted probationers is down to one man.
Rubenson Cherilus, 27, is being sought by three different courts. Cherilus is wanted for possession of firearms and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon by South Boston District Court. He is 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 185 pounds. Cherilus has brown hair and brown eyes. His last known address was in Somerville.
Colon, who was wanted for home invasion, armed robbery and witness intimidation by Suffolk Superior Court recently turned himself in after a probation official was able to contact him and convince Colon.
