The state’s highest court yesterday upheld the conviction and prison sentence of a former Marshfield High School student who helped coordinate a Columbine-style murder plot at the school.
Joseph Nee, 24, was convicted of conspiracy to commit murder in 2008. He was sentenced to serve nine months of a more than two-year sentence.
Nee is the son of Thomas Nee, the president of the Boston Police Patrolmen’s Association.
