HARLEM – A man who fired a gun several times in East Harlem on New Year’s Day and accidentally grazed a 13-year-old boy in the head was indicted by the Manhattan DA yesterday for attempted murder. Miguel Padilla, 44, fired his gun in a dispute over a parking space, said officials. The boy is expected to make a full recovery.
