A news helicopter made an emergency landing on the Boston Common last night.
The WCVB-TV Channel 5 helicopter made the landing about 6 p.m. near Beacon and Charles streets, according to police.
Only the pilot and a videographer were on board, according to Boston Fire. No fuel or other fluid appeared to be leaking and there were no reports of injuries.
