A Long Island man licked pain-relief patches found in medical waste to get high, prosecutors said yesterday.
Erick St. Louis, 33, a licensed practical nurse, broke into nursing facilities and stole medical waste, leaving the trash from Fentanyl patches, used by cancer patients, near a school. He was indicted on six felony counts of unlawful release of medical waste.
