UPDATE: An NYPD Sergeant arrested for possessing child pornography was arraigned in Queens Criminal Court this afternoon.

The criminal complaint details the execution of a search warrant at Sergeant Alberto Randazzo's home on February 15.

The maximum sentence he could receive if convicted is 15 years in prison.

Bail was set at $40,000 bond or $20,000 cash. His next court date is March 5th.
