Ochocinco faced Ohio court after Super Bowl loss

Patriots Wide Receiver Chad Ochocinco made an appearance in a Cincinnati court for road violation charges just hours after his team lost at the Super Bowl Sunday.

According to reports, number 85 faced charges from last July which accused him of driving with a suspended license and having the tint on his windows too dark.

According to Cincinnati.com, Ochocinco pleaded guilty to lesser charges, failure to display a drivers license, and was issued a fine.

But the Patriots player didn’t get off without the judge jabbing him for the teams Super Bowl loss to the Giants.

“I guess I would have had to issue a larger fine if you would have won last night,” Municipal Court Judge Russell Mock said, according to the report.
