A Philly police officer is suspended after being arrested in Montgomery County for allegedly fighting with her boyfriend, and faces criminal charges.
Officer Robbi Huff35, a 15-year veteran of the Philadelphia Police Department assigned to the Highway Patrol Unit, was arrested in Cheltenham Township on March 13 and faces charges of simple assault and disorderly conduct.
The domestic incident for which Huff was arrested reportedly arose after Cheltenham Township police were called to the home of her boyfriend, where they allegedly found the boyfriend with visible injuries to his face.
Reports say that Huff was previously arrested in September 2012 for assaulting the same boyfriend.
Huff was also the former partner of officer Richard DeCoatsworth, who left the force after being charged with sex crimes.
