Police are investigating a shooting that killed a 22-year-old man and left another man injured in the Bronx on Monday night.
The shooting occurred just before 8 p.m. in the vicinity of East 173rd Street and Boston Road in Claremont Village. The homicide victim suffered multiple gunshot wounds to the head and legs, police said. He was transported to St. Barnabus Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

The second victim, 20, was shot in the wrist. He was taken to Lincoln Hospital in stable condition.
There have been no arrests, and the investigation is ongoing.
The shooter fled the scene and was still at large early Tuesday morning, The Daily News reported.
