Police are searching for a man they say escaped from a psychiatric hospital in Queens on Tuesday.
About 11:25 a.m., Raymond Morillo, 33, walked out of Creedmoor Psychiatric Center, located at 79-25 Winchester Blvd. in Queens Village, police said. He was able to leave after trading clothes with a friend who visited him. Morillo left the hospital wearing a black baseball cap, white sweater and tan pants. His friend was also able to leave the facility.
Police released a photo of Morillo. He is described as being 5-foot-11 and 215 lbs. He has tear drop tattoo under his left eye.
