NEW YORK. “Boardwalk Empire” star Paz de la Huerta, 26, is ready to strike a deal. The actress reportedly will plead guilty to harassment, after she was charged with assault after a March incident with “The City” star Samantha Swetra. De la Huerta allegedly punched Swetra in the face and threw a glass at her, cutting her leg while the two were at The Standard Hotel.
Her punishment, according to the New York Post, will be a fine and one day of community service.
